AUDITIONS AND INTERVIEWS UPDATE

Unfortunately, applications to audition and interview for NYT in 2012 are now closed. If you would like us to let you know when the applications are open for 2013, please email comms@nyt.org.uk.

Successful acting applicants will be invited to attend a two week NYT summer course and upon completion of this course they will become an NYT member

Acting courses for those under the age of 18 will take place at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance, near London between 14th August and 26th August 2012 inclusive.

Acting courses for those aged 18 and over will take place in Salford: 20th August to 1st September 2012 inclusive. Venues will be released for Salford in due course

Courses cost £385 and NYT provide successful applicants with significant funding information. Every year some successful applicants fundraise the full cost of their courses. A small NYT bursary fund is also available for those who need it most. Please be aware that at present the estimated cost of accommodation (for those who wish to be residential) is expected to be approximately £400.

Successful Applicants - Fundraising!

We advise all successful applicants fundraise for their course, with each successful applicant being sent a fundraising guide with their results letter. Please look at the video below for more tips:
