Calling all 18+ actors!
HighTide Festival Theatre is looking for IdeasTap actors to perform in rehearsed readings of four new plays being considered for HighTide Festival 2013, written by fellow IdeasTap members.
The rehearsed readings will be open to the public and directed by HighTide’s Resident Assistant Directors, Richard Fitch and Melanie Spencer.
HighTide Festival Theatre exists to discover and nurture exciting new plays by exceptional emerging writers and has quickly become an engine room for new writing in the UK.
The brief is open to all IdeasTap members aged 18 and over. Rehearsals for each play will take place from 10am-5pm on the day of the reading; the readings will take place from 5pm-7pm. It’s possible members may be cast for more than one of the readings so you need to be available from 10am-7pm for the following dates: Monday 19, Tuesday 20, Thursday 22 and Friday 23 November.

Preparation will be sent in advance of audition slots and each successful actor will be paid £60 per day for the rehearsals and readings.
