Description
Animators! Would you like your work reviewed by Oscar- and BAFTA-winning animator Suzie Templeton?
Apply for our new Film Showcase and the winner will get personal feedback on their work from Suzie, an award credit for their CV and a showcase on IdeasTap, with their work promoted to our 69,000 members.
Suzie is a writer and director who specialises in stop-motion animation and her credits include the Academy Award-winning Peter and the Wolf (2006), BAFTA-winning Dog (2001) and Stanley (1999).
Film Showcase is our new, regular brief for filmmakers. Each competition will focus on a different area of short film. This time it’s animation, but future rounds will look at documentary, fiction, music videos and other areas of short film.
All you need to do to apply is outline your work in 100 words and link to the animation in your IdeasTap portfolio. Suzie is looking for creative, innovative and technically sophisticated work.
This brief closes on 31 August at 5pm and is open to IdeasTap members based in the UK aged 16-30. If you have any technical queries, please visit the help centre. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances, including technical issues – so make sure you don’t leave your application to the last minute.
