Description

The National Student Drama Festival is offering IdeasTap members the chance to become part of the volunteer management team at next year’s festival in Scarborough.

Under the guidance of three experienced co-ordinators, and the NSDF administrator, you and your colleagues will become the administrative backbone of the festival. A team of 50 will run the venues, front of house, box office, workshops, finance and logistics. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get hands-on experience in producing a festival, and participate in a series of workshops delivered by professional producers, general managers and other arts administrators. As well as being the public face of the festival, you will also have the chance to make career- (and life-) changing contacts at the same time.

About NSDF14

The National Student Drama Festival 2014 will feature performances, workshops, discussions, masterclasses and entertainment in venues across Scarborough, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, University of Hull Scarborough Campus and the Scarborough Spa. The technical team/management team will be required at the from 10 to 18 April 2014 inclusive.

This brief closes on Monday 14 February at 5pm and is open to IdeasTap members aged 16 to 25. If you have any technical queries, please visit our Help Centre. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances, including technical issues – so make sure you don’t leave your application to the last minute.
