Description

Leeds Metropolitan University's School of Film, Music and Performing Arts is offering one IdeasTap member a fully-funded place on one of their Summer Intensive Music Workshop (worth up to £2,500).

The course will take place from 23 June to 12 July 2014 at Leeds Met. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who plays a musical instrument (singers included),and who wishes to explore new genres and develop new skills in improvisation, singing, music production and technology. 

With access to professional standard music recording and production studios, and a team of highly skilled musicians you will be able to make and record music to the highest level.

The course includes high profile keynote speakers, visiting artists, excursions to theatres, museums and a cinema, parties and open stage nights.

Please note that accommodation is not included, and the brief winner will have to arrange their own place to stay.
