Got a brilliant creative idea? Being held back by your bank balance?

If you're young and full of ideas, you'll know that the biggest roadblock to developing them is often money.

The Ideas Fund is IdeasTap's very own funding scheme, aimed at helping 16-25 year-olds realise their creative projects.

This autumn we're launching a new round of applications for the Ideas Fund and we're looking for projects from any discipline that need financial help to get off the ground.

For the Innovators Award we'll be giving away £1,000 to the projects that we think are the most exciting and realistic.

We're looking for ideas that we think are inspiring, original, realistic and innovative, and we'll be inviting a panel of expert judges to pick their favourites.

We can only accept applications from IdeasTap members who are aged between 16-25 and projects must take place between 1 January and 20 April.

When submitting a response to this brief, please make sure that you have a photo on your profile page. It doesn't need to be a headshot and you won't be judged on the quality of your photo - as with all the briefs on the site you have to have a profile photo to be eligible. We also want to see examples of your previous work and get a sense of who you are, so please make sure that you've added content to your portfolio.
