Description

Want to hold your own event, exhibition or experience in one of London’s most high-profile pop-up venues?

In June and July, ShellsuitZombie is taking over the 55DSL store in BOXPARK, Shoreditch, and getting 30 creative individuals, groups and companies to take a day each. What’s more, they’re offering up the final day – Monday 2 July – exclusively to IdeasTap members.

Anything goes – from designers to illustrators, live performances to magazine launches. Workshops, parties, creative get-togethers and crowd participation are not only encouraged but expected.

The winning entrant will have one day to do anything they want with the space. The unit measures 10.4m l x 2.1m w x 2.5m h and comes equipped with WiFi, a TV, decks with a huge sound system, basic stationary supplies and a free crate of beer for your private view. The winner must provide all other equipment and materials.

What are you waiting for? To enter, simply submit 100-word pitch stating what you’d do with the blank container for a day. You can be an individual or collective – but the more imaginative the idea the better. You may also upload supporting visual work to your IdeasTap portfolio if you want but this is not essential.

ShellsuitZombie is a project run by graduate creatives that encourages interaction between graduating students and the creative industry through a blog, magazine and events programme. Entries will be judged by Jonny Burch, Creative Director of ShellsuitZombie, and the rest of the ShellsuitZombie team.

Happy pitching!
