Description

Would you like to take part in England’s largest arts festival? No brainer, right?

We are offering 10 funds of £500 for members taking work to Brighton Fringe. That could include anything from cabaret and comedy to dance, music, theatre, literature and visual arts.

Winners will also recieve a reduced registration fee of £126, instead of the full price fee of £228.

As always, we’re looking for innovative, creative ideas that will wow audiences. It could be site specific or immersive, in studios or car parks, a film night or a circus show. We also want to see ambitious projects with more than three people on stage and at least five people in your company.

Here’s the boring bit. You MUST download and read the Terms & Conditions in full before you apply.

The fund is designed to get new projects off the ground and you can spend the money on anything related to the final project. However, we recommend that you don’t spend more than half of it on equipment and remember – training is not eligible.

Even if you haven’t secured a venue, we need to know that you have identified and met with a venue.

This brief closes at 5pm on Friday 14 December 2012 and is open to IdeasTap members aged 16 to 30 on the closing date. We will not consider late applications under any circumstances, including technical difficulties, so allow yourself plenty time to get your application uploaded. If you have technical issues, please visit the help centre.
