Tony-nominated actor Thomas Sadoski tells us about how to build a career...

Actor Thomas Sadoski was nominated for a Tony, a Drama Desk and an Outer Critics Circle Award for his performance in Neil LaBute's reasons to be pretty.

LaBute said of Sadoski: “His own thoughtfulness and good heart helped me to not fall back on anything that I had done before. I always thought that was real life, that there were always shades of gray, but he helped me see some other colors in the palette.”

He has extensive off-Broadway experience and recently played Touchstone in The Old Vic's Bridge Project production of As You Like It, as well as Stephano in The Tempest.

Here he gives advice on making the choice between university and acting, how to deal with working internationally and discusses the benefits of working on fringe productions.
