No Border is a verbatim theatre project using the views and voices of young people around the country to interrogate our national identity.
In Summer 2014, David Cameron announced that 'British values' needed to form a greater part of children's education - but what does it actually mean to be British, and do we have a shared set of values?
Supported by Arts Council England, we'll be travelling all over the country asking 16-25 year olds about the country we're shaping.
We'll be running workshops in:
Birmingham
Coventry
Leeds
London
Newcastle
Norwich
Oxford
Plymouth
After hearing what everyone has to say, writer/director Carla Kingham will take those responses and use them to create a searing new play about exactly what 'Britishness' is.
If you would like to hear more, or join us at one of the workshops, please email noborderworkshops@gmail.com
