b54bd913-7790-4e74-ab57-a20000dbd04eGreat article!
I'd add that, after years toying with almost every productivity app and system out there (from Pomodoro to Kanban to GTD), I've rolled it all back to writing tomorrow's tasks on a plain piece of paper and writing copy with a no-frills word processor in plain text, using the Markdown syntax. I love it!
GTD systems and apps are great, but they can soon become their own crutches and demand a lot of time to maintain. It's all about finding what works for you, sticking to that system for at least a week, and adapting it when necessary.
